landon-biopicLandon Fortenberry, Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

Landon Fortenberry is a first year student in the Regional Studies East Asia program at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Chinese. Prior to Harvard, Landon served as an Americorps volunteer in Virginia, leading math and language arts after-school activities for elementary students from diverse backgrounds. During the Summer of 2021, he interned at Congressional Research Services, where he conducted research on State Department.

Upon graduation, Landon hopes to become a Foreign Service Officer. As Community Engagement Chair,  Landon is aiming to bring students together, and foster greater cultural understanding amongst the graduate student population
