Estefania Garcia, Harvard Extension School

Estefania Garcia is pursuing a Master of Arts in Management with a graduate certificate in innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategy. Estefania works in a multinational pharmaceutical as a global sourcing manager. She has extensive leadership experience in highly competitive biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage companies. Estefania has a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar international projects in Europe, the USA, and Latin America while securing valuable relationships with internal and external partners. She wants to work on diversity and inclusion in her role as Chair of student life. She strongly advocates for equal conditions and opportunities for women and people of color at work. Estefania is passionate about travel, learning about new cultures.
